How to change the location of User Script Folder

I have a couple of scripts that I run through the script editor menubar accessory. Selecting the menubar icon, then Open Scripts Folder, then Open User Scripts Folder takes me to ~/Library/Scripts. I would like this instead to be ~/Documents/Scripts so as to keep my custom items all under my Documents. Settings -> General does not offer an option to set it, nor do any of the other Script Editor Settings tabs. This is Sequoia though I don't imagine this is something specific to this release.

That red-outlined menu item is hardcoded to access the ~/Library/Scripts folder where everyone else has put their tested and finished scripts for years… There is nothing in the Script Editor settings to change this location either.

You can store your *.applescript source files in your Documents folder, but when you save them as executable scripts you can put them in that Library folder.
