DND Focus keeps randomly turning on since upgrade to IOS 18.1.1

Randomly DND focus starts on my iPhone SE. This only started since the latest upgrade. It's driving me crazy because I can't turn it off. I have to set up a new Lock Screen to get rid of it or shut down and restart my phone. It's insanity. I need notifications and emails because of work. This is such a gigantic pain!!!!! I have to constantly look at my phone to make sure I'm not missing things. I also have an elderly father I have to keep track of and he can't get ahold of me.
