Siri not appearing in Settings on new iPhone 15 Pro

My wife and I just upgraded from iPhone 11s. Siri is missing from her settings, but is present in mine.

Open Settings App > Screen Time > Privacy & Content Restrictions > Siri & Dictation - is Siri turned on?

Thank you, and you MAY have hit the nail on the head, but in the meantime, I had installed the 18.2 IOS update, and that brought her "Apple Intelligence & Siri", which solved the problem. Since we had both upgraded old iPhone 11s, we thought all our old stuff had come across, but she got the iPhone Pro while I opted only for the basic iPhone (18.2 did NOT bring me "Apple Intelligence & Siri"). Apparently, the upgrade to iPhone Pro did not bring across Siri, since it appears to have been repackaged into "Apple Intelligence".

You're very welcome and I'm glad you've gotten it sorted now!
