Disable keyboard shortcuts for window tiling in Sequoia

This seems like perhaps an oversight on the part of the MacOS design team, and I'm hoping it will be addressed in a future release of Sequoia, however, in the meantime, does anyone have any ideas on how to change or disable the built-in shortcuts, short of disabling/remapping the function key? Or maybe an alternative shortcut to jump to the beginning/end of a document? I didn't realize how much I used these until they stopped working, and now it's very annoying to have to use the scroll bar to accomplish these tasks.

In Settings -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> App Shortcuts

You can define new shortcuts. In the Menu title, you literally type "Window->Move & Resize->Whatever"

For me this is being reflected in the app and the key combos I was using work again.
