Disable keyboard shortcuts for window tiling in Sequoia

MacOS Sequoia introduced window tiling (I actually prefer using Rectangle, but that is besides the point). However, the keyboard shortcuts to tile windows (control-globe/function-arrow key) are in conflict with those needed to move to the beginning or end of a document (e.g. control-home and control-end, which end up being control-function-left arrow and control-function-right arrow). Further, there is no way to change these shortcuts from within System Settings -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts. I have tried third party tools such as WindowKey and BetterTouchTool, and while you can create new keyboard shortcuts for tiling, they do not override or disable the built-in shortcuts. Creating a new shortcut in Keyboard Shortcuts -> App Shortcuts -> All Applications does not seem to work either. There also does not seem to be a way map the globe/fn key in DefaultKeyBindings.dict.

This seems like perhaps an oversight on the part of the MacOS design team, and I'm hoping it will be addressed in a future release of Sequoia, however, in the meantime, does anyone have any ideas on how to change or disable the built-in shortcuts, short of disabling/remapping the function key? Or maybe an alternative shortcut to jump to the beginning/end of a document? I didn't realize how much I used these until they stopped working, and now it's very annoying to have to use the scroll bar to accomplish these tasks.
