Removing screen lock password on my iMac

when I leave the iMac alone for a very short period of time, it closes the screen, and then when I wake it up to continue, I have to input a password, and this password must be the one used for the Filevault!

Would it help to look for software updates (macOS Sequoia)

This whole routine is very time consuming, and totally takes away the enjoyment of a new computer
