With Applescript move file, name beginning… between 2 specific folders

Using Applescript, I want to move a file that begins with specific characters (XxXxxx xx…) from Downloads to a specific folder, path Macintosh HD:Users:myname:designatedfolder:designatedsubfolder

I figure this should be simple but I'm hopeless at scripting.

I would trigger the script through Shortcuts.
