No SD Cards will mount on my Macbook, iPad or Another Macbook
I have not been having any issues on this up until today.
I am running a 2024 Macbook Pro running Sonoma 14.7. I have multiple SanDIsk SD cards and two are a month old and have been used successfully. All of the sudden they won't mount at all. My Canon RP sees all of the data fine. I formatted the card on my camera like I have been for a couple of years. The cards I have been using are SanDIsk SD Extreme Pro 200mb/s 64GB cards. I also tried a SanDisk micro 128gb 170mb/s micro card and a 32 UltraPlus and none of them mount (all of which used to mount. I have tried this also on my wife's 2019 Macbook Pro and my iPad and they won't mount there either. I can't see them in Disk Utility so I can't even format them. I have tried the internal reader on the mac and an Anker card reader and they don't change things.
I doubt it's the card because I have tried multiple different cards
It isn't the device because I have tried three different devices
I have rebooted. I have run ClearnMyMac to see if anything like a virus was on the cards or in my system. In Finder I have made sure to set the preferences to show external drives and cards.
Any ideas on how to fix this? The weird thing is that I can see the files on my camera and drone.
