iOS 18.2 Photos "Favorites" Album Disappeared

The Photos app in iOS has had, for some time, a "Favorites" album, which I've used to reference images for different occasions. I updated to iOS 18.2 last night. Today, I went to show a client an image from that "Favorites" album, and it's gone.

Why? How can I fix this? This ended up wasting a lot of my time, fumbling through images.

Sure, I could have maintained another album, but that's not the point. I think we can reasonably expect the Favorites album to remain.
