I had an eSIM on my phone and I accidentally clicked the wrong Sim, now I’m on SOS, I cannot call Apple Support for help..Can someone tell me how to get help? Thank you

You can try to borrow a phone from someone else (which would be a good idea regardless because some troubleshooting steps may require restarting your device…which you can’t do if you’re using it for the call). But eSIM issues are usually best addressed with your carrier. You would have to check and see what their various contact methods are but you may be able to do a live chat if you absolutely can’t get access to another phone to make a call. Or visit your local carrier store.

I don’t have a ESIM, I have a regular sim from Cricket. I deleted the ESIM because it wasn’t being used. I cannot Get out of SOS and I’m too tired to remove the Sim and put it back in plus I’m afraid that’ll mess up my service, so I can go to a neighbors with an iPhone and have them call Apple or Cricket, I’m hoping the 1-800 number for Cricket is a 24/7 number because the regular Cricket store where I was added onto a plan is closed.So that it. I believe you can also call Cricket at 1-800-CRICKET and set up your eSIM online.
