I had updated my Apple Watch yesterday and on that day already I noticed a big difference on the Apple Watch battery usage. It drooped so fast and when I open the battery apps in Apple Watch , I could not see which app is using the battery now

It will use more battery for 2 days after an update.
You didn't charge it to 100% last time. If you don't use sleep monitoring charge it all night every night.
Your graph does not give any useful information as it has only just updated.
Ensure you charge it to 100% preferably overnight, and turn off Optimised Charging.
My new watch won’t now charge on a 3nd party charging dock. It keeps turning off. So it pings every few minutes. And it’s a new battery. Only done it after update.
if it still charges on the Apple puck then the watch is OK. Unfortunately it is not unusual for third party docks to fail to work and the update may have caused it. Ask for a refund on the base.
