I am stuck at R4CQ. Normally you swipe right to move the sheet so see R1C1 but my sheet just ‘bounces back’ to 4Q.
i have had this problem before and have had to dump the sheet because I couldn’t resolve it but I really want to resolve it.

Perhaps you accidentally dragged the table into the page margins. Click on the "bullseye" top left of the table and drag down and right.

Is the first column a header column and you have "freeze columns" on (which is the default)? Does the header column show all the time and columns B-P look like they are sliding under it when the columns bounce back? If so, it is an indication that Ian is correct and the table is partly off the canvas.
Thanks for the suggestions Ian. Shame it didn’t work. Still won’t drag down and right with or without the ‘bullseye’ pressed.
