Sleep Mode lock screen is not turning off

On My IPhone 16 Sleep Mode lock is not turning off and i reset the lock screen is in the iphone from yesterday

The phone is not unlocked, just tapped once or a new push was received. I have currently nearly 6 hours of screen time although the phone was only used for around 15 minutes. The rest is just the iPhone showing the locked screen. Shut down and restart solved the problem but only for one day. Ever since the issue is back again. See also my screen time report where the not used phone being active on the lock screen can be seen between 00:00 and 04:00. Auto-Lock is set to 1 minute and I am not aware of any other settings that could cause this issue.

Unable to turn off Sleep mode on iPhone Last night, i turnes off my phone. Today, when i turnes it on the sleep mode appeared activated. I’nit able to turn the option off. I’ve try posted solutions, but the problem remains. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Can it still see your face? That will keep it on. You can lock it by pressing the left SIDE button, but if it still “sees” you it will unlock again.

If you manually turned on the Sleep Mode you will manually have to turn it off. The FOCUS modes should be turned on smartly(automatically (by time)) and when the hour selected for that mode ends it will turn off automatically.
