Maps not providing directions on updated iPhone
Software is updated
All settings are ok
Google maps are working fine. Competition is perfect fine.

Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > Maps–tap M on right side > Maps > Spoken Directions > Enable desired settings
If you’re using Car Play, it could be a setting in the Car Play menu
