Duplicate Subscriptions (app accounts use different emails)

I have two subscriptions to the same app. I subscribed through Apple but used my Apple ID email on one and another email account for the other when setting up the accounts (in app). I have deleted the duplicate account and am only using the account I set up with my Apple ID.


I'd like to cancel the duplicate subscription but cannot tell which is which when looking at my subscriptions via my Apple Account online or when viewing my subscriptions via my iPhone. How can I distinguish which subscription is tied to each account so that I can cancel the correct one?
