How to disable call forwarding on iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I dialed *#21#send on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Which is supposed to tell you whether people are getting your calls forward to them or not. It says that all my information is being forward to someone. It should say disabled. How do I disable all call forwarding. It will not let me hit star 72 or star 73 it just goes to the Verizon operator saying this call cannot be complete completed.
