Apple isn’t letting me refund Apple Music

I got a new iPhone in September and started a free trial of Apple Music. This morning, it auto-charged my Apple Pay for the subscription, but I didn't want it anymore because I use Spotify. I tried to get a refund, but it says, "This purchase doesn't have a receipt," even though it shows up on the refund app. Please help.
