FaceTime screen recording without audio on iPhone XR

How to get audio on FaceTime screen recording. Long pressing the button does not add audio.

I have iPhone XR with version 18.1.1 I have followed the directions multiple times to record a FaceTime call. I am able to get the video but not the audio. Looks like lots of people have the same issue and there’s been no updated answers for more than a couple of years.
