Verified Apple ID email not recognized for FaceTime on iPhone 13 mini

I want to use FaceTime in my Apple iPhone 13 mini, but when I try it pops up “you need to provide a email in your Apple ID”.

I currently have a verified Apple ID email and phone number (the email is a gmail).


Ive Double checked everything but keep having the same pop up.
