Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Other than information published by Apple, nobody here has any insight into Apple’s product design decisions.
Presumably you refer to the iPad Pro M4 - that now has only one main rear camera. As the ultra-wide camera module is not a feature of the Pro M4, your only option is to use the single main rear camera - and accept that the available camera does not have the wider optical-field of the ultra-wide camera found on some earlier models of iPad Pro.
Have you considered using a recent model iPhone - some of which feature substantially better camera arrays than iPad? An Phone is also considerably easier to orient and use.
