You can! Your iPhone will only draw the power it needs. As long as it is indeed a genuine Apple part there should be no problem.
Reference: Charge and connect with the USB-C connector on your iPhone - Apple Support (UG)
"If you have a 20W USB-C power adapter or higher-wattage USB-C power adapter — like the one that came with your Mac laptop — you can use it with your iPhone for faster charging."

It would likely be okay BUT I would be hesitant to use a charger designed for a different platform. The wattage is not the problem. The problem would be voltage.
I now see in your question that you said it's a windows charger. If that's the case, i'd not recommend charging your phone with that.
Cheers!
All the chargers I see advertised, they list wattage
none list voltage
this includes Apple chargers
one can only hope that an Apple charger would be safe for an Apple device
When you said “charger from my pc” I thought you meant a Windows pc. We don't usually refer to Macs as a pc. If your pc is indeed a Mac then no problems at all, it will work just fine.
