I received a unknown call from a computer like voice saying thank you for approving something and the call ended I didn’t receive the call again or I didn’t wanted to call the number again, as I was thinking about it I had a question in mind that if my Iphone can be hacked through a call.

That is not possible. A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked. In order to hack a phone, someone must have physical access to it.
