Mysterious Amazon app activity on iPhone

I received a notification today when i was not using my phone that appeared to be from Amazon saying: The request to open com.amazon.AmazonUK failed (screenshot attached).

On further investigation, the notification did not come from Amazon as I checked the notifications they have sent me on the app. I have since found in my screen time activity that on random days last week an app call ‘com.amazon.amazon’ has been running (screenshot attached). There is no app called this in my App Library.

Can anyone please let me know what this is? Could it be a hack? And what do I need to do to resolve it?
