The cloud data issues of the apple arcade dead cells +

I’ve been playing Dead Cells+ on my iPhone and decided to download the app on my iPad to enjoy the game on a bigger screen. However, when I launched the game on my iPad, I noticed that my game data didn’t sync with the cloud archives—I was forced to start a new game. To my surprise, when I checked my iPhone afterward, my game data had disappeared there too. Thankfully, I still have the secondary save file on Dead Cells+ on my phone.


When I checked iCloud, I noticed that other Apple Arcade games are clearly backed up to iCloud, but Dead Cells+ isn’t listed there. Interestingly, the game data from my iPad can transfer to my iPhone, and on my phone, if I delete and reinstall the game on my iPhone, the data remains intact (but only on my iPhone).


Since I’m considering switching devices, I’m concerned about losing my progress. If you could implement an official and stable cloud save feature for Dead Cells+, I’d greatly appreciate it!
