Ipad mail all subject and sender information on emails is missing?
I opened the mail app on my ipad pro (5th gen) and it showed me the start window and prompted me to add an account as if i had never opened it before. Once i managed to open it all my emails on every account (icloud, gmail, etc..) were missing the subject and the sender addresses. It just says no sender/no subject. This is really troublesome because now i cant reply any of the emails with the mail app.
I tried to solve the problem by deleting all the accounts i could (dont know how to delete icloud mail as there is no “button” for that like there is for other accounts?) and add them again and that seemed to work because the missing information was back.
How do i do the same with icloud mail? The (use on this ipad) toggle button does not delete the account from mail. It just swithes it off and does nothing for the problem once turned back on.
When i go to the icloud mailbox with iphone or safari browser everything is fine.
