Cannot scan from MacBook Pro to HP OfficeJet 8720
I installed the lates update this past week and now I cannot scan from my MacBook Pro to my HP OfficeJet 8720. I can print from Mac to printer, but cannot scan. The printer is set up on the same home network as my MacBook Pro. I am getting an error that says "Failed to open connection to the device" (yet it can print to the same device). I've removed and reinstalled the printers 3 times; have checked to confirm I have the most recent drivers, etc.
Any thoughts, suggestions? I rely on my scanner daily for work.
