I am sorry to hear that your iPhone 16 Pro Max got stolen while still sealed in its box. I must inform you that you are not going to be able to track or find that stolen iPhone through digital means. This is because it was not registered to any Apple Account and therefore did not have Find My activated. You may report the incident to the local police and have them guide you in the right direction.

What makes you so certain it was stolen? Perhaps it was lost?

Locating a Lost iPhone:

When Find My is Not an Option...

A. Backtrack your Locations:

Do it the olde fashioned way and backtrack your locations. For instance, if you were at a retail store, then stop in, asking the store manger if it was placed aside.

B. Lost-&-Found:

Chick with the Lost & Found department of the facility you were in, seeing if it has been handed over.

C. Use Craigslist:

Put a post on Craigslist, seeing if it has been found.

D. Go Here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is Lost or Stolen - Apple Support

u got the imei numbers? also are u in us or canada? do u have the purchase recipt? can go back to store n they might have this info? u buy it with a credit card cause they sometimes cover weird stuff look in fine print.... sry I just spitballing here
