Since when the iphone's screen recording file name's extension has changed from random file name to a standard naming's rule in iPhone <"ScreenRecording_DD-MM-YYYY HH-MM-XX-X"> and
I couldn't find screen recording file from iPhone's folder after connected my iphone to Windows laptop.
Please assist, thank you.

The iPhone screenrecording wouldn't be in the Files app (if that is what you meant)
its in the photos and you would have to check the photos folder on the windows device
personally I would send an email to my self with the files and iCloud would add it to their servers for free for 30 days and download the full quality video when I see it

the only thing I can think of now is that you could upload it to iCloud (you would have to have iCloud+ though..)
maybe upload It to google drive or YouTube? and set the video to private then when it finishes processing download it and it would take a LOT longer!! (a day or two)
Hope this helps a little (wowza that's gigantic after using apple for 8 years I have not seen a recording that big!)

Thanks for your reply. The problem is the screen recording's size is 17GB! :D
I can find the screen recording in my iPhone's photo library, but the screenrecording's name is follow the naming rule <"ScreenRecording_DD-MM-YYYY HH-MM-XX-X">, then I couldn't find that piece of screen recording from the iPhone folder dated <"202412__">
that's a bug after the IOS upgrade...
Thanks for your reply, but I have 800++GB photos and videos in my iPhone's photo library. when everytime use the Windows Photos App, I need to re-sync 800++GB again and again, that's take few hours then I still can't get the latest screen recording that I want to copy out. >_<|||
