Calendar Reminders greyed out

Using iOS 18.2, new reminders on the calendar are greyed out. In addition, they show up on my grocery list, but only that list, although they’re not groceries !!

This issue pertains to the reminders for my appointments and events not being delivered on time. Issue Details: I add my appointments and important events to the Calendar app. I set reminders to alert me before the appointment time. However, since the update, the reminders are either not triggering at all or are experiencing intermittent interruptions. This is causing me to miss my appointments and important days. I kindly request that you fix this bug and ensure that the reminder functions of the Calendar app operate correctly again.
