How do I download macOS High Sierra on iMac?
I can get to it on other devices except the one that I need it on. Is there a place I can directly download it so that I can update my iMac?

The Mac App Store app is the only place you can get it from.
click here ➜ How to download and install macOS - Apple Support
Then you'll need to download it onto another Mac and transfer it to the Mac in question using a USB drive.
If you cannot access the Mac App Store on the iMac in question, then there's no way to download it directly there.
Try Internet Recovery with this workaround:
You could download the .DMG file containing the Sierra installer, transfer that file to the old Mac, and upgrade it to Sierra.
Then the old Mac might be able to access the Apple Support article and the High Sierra App Store link directly.
I am not able to access it from the mac that is why I was looking for another way. I know that it is connected because I am able to get to yahoo, but not open any links. Or go to any other websites for that matter
