If your router is configured for IPv6 your iPhone will use that. If its configures for IPv4, then it will use that.
You can't turn it off on your iPhone if it's available from your router though.
You can’t. Why would you want to?
Thanks for your quick response and the reason for disable ipv6 it’s for security reasons my phone got hacked with access to my iPhone 6s Running latest iOS updates but still have issues with my internet access and some other details

Your phone did not get ‘hacked’. Doing so, though not completely impossible, is incredibly expensive. You’re simply not worth it.
What made you think it was ‘hacked’?
Remotely hacking an iPhone is very very expensive and requires very specialized tools.
Unless you are high profile individual, like a politician, journalist or activist, you are just not worth the hackers time or money to hack.
IPv6 is no more insecure than IPv4. What makes you think you were hacked over IPv6?
Better yet, what. makes you think IPv4 is less prone to hacking than IPv6?
What happens that makes you assume you were hacked. Instead of jumping to conclusions, explain what happened, and someone may be able to advise.
Thanks for your reply I didn’t Avery with you that’s very expensive Tools to hack iPhone all what they need if someone has access access your local network so they can get access to iPhone information to access it like MAC address and then they can do phone cloning and the symptoms I have it’s just some one can click on something I don’t want to click on it believe me I changed to iPhone 14 and some one keep changing my phone name to something I didn’t do it and more details but I offer my phone to apple to understand what I am saying
No. That is false.
If they had access to your network, they can see your traffic, but that's it. They have no access to the device itself.
Also, if they have access to your network, it doesn't matter if it's IPv4 or iPv6.
You have not been hacked.
That’s false.
Your phone was not hacked.
