Apple Family Sharing Purchases

I am a member of an Apple family, we share the cloud+ and Apple Music and some others through the purchase of the organizer.

Why is it that I as a member of the “family” when I purchase apps or make purchases on my Apple account the charges are being sent to the organizer. I want the charges sent to my Apple account with the cards and accounts I have set up in my own wallet.
