Sound very low after iOS update 18.2

I have the same issue. iPhone12 ProMax, iOS 18.2.1. Have followed the steps in the link supplied above to no avail. Speaker fine for other apps so not a h/w problem.

Are you using an app or or is this your cellphone?

The same thing is happening to me when I make calls or someone calls me! After I got update 18.2 is when the problem started, now I can only talk on speaker phone

18.2.1 also having same issue. Don’t know how to fix it. You got any solution?

Same issue after update 18.3.1. Anyone else still having this problem? It's ridiculous.
