When I call my grandmother with my iPhone on her Android BLU TracFone, I cant hear her but she can hear me. When she calls me right back we can hear both ways just fine. This does not happen with my cousins who call her and also have Iphones (different models) on the T-mobile network (I am ob Visible). Is there a way to fix this issue?
