Have you also launched each of the apps you want notifications from, and also checked the status of each of them in Settings/Notifications? Even if Notifications for those apps are currently enabled, disable them, then re-enable them.

Also, you must have a cellular network voice connection to receive notifications (With some carriers, Wi-Fi Calling can also be used to route notifications).
