Shortcut to refresh windows on MacBook Air

The key sequence is Command + R. I use Keyboard Maestro to assign function keys to do what I want. I'm not sure if its doable natively within macOS without scripting unless you use a 3rd party app like Keyboard Maestro.

For Safari window refresh, use command r
