How to change region on my apple wallet

Am currently in the uk but can't use my apple wallet due to the region settings

Wallets don’t have regions, but your iPhone does. Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > General > Language & Region

You may also need to notify the issuing banks of your travels.
