Cannot Print As Booklet with Sequoia 15.2

I updated my MacBook Pro M1 OS to 15.2 recently. I use an Epson ET-2850, which was working fine until the software update. I have fully updated the printer firmware as of 17 Dec 24.

The "Print as Booklet" option has disappeared and there is no obvious place to toggle between colour and B&W printing.

Example: I want to print a booklet from 6 pages of A4 on Word. I go to Layout > Pages per Sheet and it only goes to "16" - there is usually a separate "print as booklet" option under this. Where has it gone?

After finally finding the fault to get my Mac to connect via wi-fi (2.4g vs 5g issue), I'm mystified. Can someone help with this issue please / Apple please correct this fault?

Thanks. I used the latest Epson Driver as of 17.12.24. I noticed later that there are two printers listed: The newly installed Epson ET-2850 and a "Known Printer" - when I toggled between the two, the colour and double-sided options on the print window also toggled (so it comes back when I use the "Known Printer" option). It seems to have done something itself here...I can't say i fixed it, but I have the setting back...

Happy that you got it working.

That "Known" printer is the AirPrint version then, and that's why you would see the AirPrint settings when using that printer. And the "newly installed Epson ET-2850" was added using the vendor driver.

Another way to tell if you are using the AirPrint or vendor driver is that vendor drivers have the "Printer Options" pde - AirPrint printers don't.
