I'm really tired of the fitness app not working, and I'm no longer wanting to use it. When I tried to delete it from my phone, it said I had to delete my apple watch. Why can't I have the watch without the fitness app?

Sorry, but only some of the default apps can be deleted:

But, you can move the Fitness App to the App Library, so it will not show up on any of your screens.
