I received an email from ICLOUD that must verify my Apple ID Information
said it has been disabled
wants me to re-verofu ,u accpimt data... with in 48hours,,, or permanently locked..
Is this true?

It's fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
If an Apple Account actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.
