My Apple Watch 10 changes faces on its own

I called apple and they just read their scripted answers, turn it off, update it, etc etc etc. Everything I have already done. Searched online and found others with the same issue and no real answers or solutions to the problem. Hopefully someone here can help.

This afternoon I checked the time and my watch face had changed on its own. I tried to change it back to the face it was on but it was gone from the watch. When I got home I checked the phone and the face was still there so I changed it back but every other time or more I look at the watch it had changed faces again so I deleted that face completely and it is still doing it. The face is gone from the phone and the watch but it keeps coming back.

Watch and phone are both up to date, turned off and restarted etc. anyone have any suggestions?
