iphone 6SE frozen during interrupted upgrade. Screen shows apple logo and loading line just starting to load. Screen is lit and has been on for hours. Fully charged and non-responsive.

Force restart the phone: Hold the HOME and POWER button at the same time until an Apple logo appears, ignoring Slide to Power Off if it appears.

Thanks Lawrence. Everything was frozen and unresponsive. Used the volume controls and power button alternating procedure multiple times, plugged into power and let it sit for hours and it eventually responded with prompt to download the upgrade. Required an overnight period to sort that out and am up and running after some resets this morning. Appreciate your help.
