Sorry, I do not have the app to provide screenshots, but maybe another user may be able to help with them. I have just got my information from the Google website that explains the process of linking 2 email accounts.

When you tap the menu icon in the upper left, there should be a screen that will include the Settings option. Tap on the Settings and you should see your accounts and tapping each one is supposed to bring up the settings for that account and include the Gmailify option to unlink the account.

Which of those steps does not show the expected options that Google suggests should be there?

The email accounts are linked by Google. Not sure if you have the Gmail app or you manage your Gmail account online, but if you have the app, try this:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app .
  2. At the top left, tap Menu   Settings.
  3. Under 'Account', tap Gmailify  Unlink  Unlink.
