Yes the Apple intelligence it is run , I have ios 18.2, but the visual intelligence NOT. I reading this function is available only on the 16 series. Mybe it is run on iphone pro max but I don't nou how start

Nothing unfair at all. Just like when the new Action Button was introduced on iPhone 15 Pro models, it's a hardware difference, introduced on the new models. And next year, when iPhone 17 is introduced, it will have some new feature, not available on previous models, which happens every year.
For start the Visual Intelligence it is plenty possibility ( not hardvare required !! )
for exaple. Double push for any button on iphone 15 pro max , for example. Believe me I know exactly what is hardware and software !!

My opinion is :
if I have apple intelligence it must to run implicit visual intelligence ( iphone 15 pro max ) !!
to use apple intelligence and for visual intelligence GOOGLE LENS it is bad thinking !!

Are you an Apple Engineer and can validate what you've supposing? Of course you can't. It doesn't matter what I think or you think, however. Apple is NOT going to give the the Visual Intelligence you think you're entitled to on an iPhone without the Camera Capture Button. If you want it, trade or sell your phone and buy one which does offer the feature.
Otherwise, posting what you think should be here, on this user to user only forum, will get you nothing.
It runs right now, on iPhone 15 Pro Max, as long as you have updated your iPhone to iOS 18.2 AND your phone has successfully downloaded Apple Intelligence.
