how do I know if my Iphone has been compromised

in my screen a message show up saying my account was compromise. 75% of my phone data was compromise including password and email it ask to enter my password in order to review … how do I know if that is true or not ??

It is not true. It is a scam attempt. Do not interact with the message. Never download anything based on such bogus messages.
