Website Constantly Trying to Access Data

I'm on an iPhone 13, running 18.1.1 but I've been having this issue for awhile. There is a website that is using lots of data and keep trying to access the internet. It's not a tab open in any browser and it's not an app I can see on my phone.

I've tried to block it using the Screen Time App Limits but I cannot seem to find a way to eliminate it completely. Has anyone else had this issue? The website is quantamagazine.org

Adding the limits just means I get notices that the website "has reached it's limit".

Anyone have a suggestion on how to remove this?

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?

2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you

Some apps integrate with websites and might be fetching content from Quantamagazine. Review your recently downloaded apps and consider if any could be related.
