I just got new wireless microphone and i accidentally set it on my i phone as headphones not microphone and i can’t use it to record as it blocks the sound from the phone as if it’s headphones, how can i change this setting

Go to Settings>Bluetooth. Find the device in question and tap on the "i" at the right side. Then, on the next page, tap on "Device Type" and change it to what you want.

How exactly did you configure them as headphones on your iPhone? Could you not simply reset them to microphone from. the same menu settings you used before?
Have you tried simply "forgetting" them from the list of Bluetooth devices, and then, re-pair them again?
Yes I tried this for sure , but it’s still the same unfortunately
