Can't see iCloud shared albums on Windows

I have the ability to access shared albums on my phone but can't get them to sync to iCloud app on windows. I have done the setup to allow Shared Albums in the settings. The app is connected to Microsoft photos as well. It does have all of my photos from my iCloud so I know it's pulling photos over, but I can't find any other settings to see Shared Albums.

Unless someone has a better way to upload 1000 photos from a shared album on your phone to a photobook company like Shutterfly. I tried selecting photos but if you miss one item in selection you have to start all over in your upload process again.
