My earbuds disconnect from my Macbook Air

I'm using OS Monteray 12.7.6. I have two different sets of earbuds Jaybird Vistas and Bose Quiet Comfort.

In the past week both sets of earbuds have been continuously disconnecting and I have no idea why. I've tried everything to remedy the issue, I'm at a loss.

Anyone out there have any ideas?

Today is Friday Sept 8th, 2023. I just updated my MacBook Pro with the BigSur 11.7.9 OS update. Now, my MBP refuses to connect to my Beats Fit Pro ear buds. MacBook Air M2 2022 connecting automatic to External Headphone although no headphone is connected. MacBook Air M2 connecting automatic to External Headphone although no headphone is connected. It started happening after the MacOS Ventura 13.3.1(a) (22E772610a) update. In the photo it is showing an external headphone in my headphone port, which definitely I don't have any connected headphones and it is automatically switching to that strangely.

Makes sense.

Turned computer off then on. Reset earbuds to factory settings. Disconnected earbuds then paired them. Reset Bluetooth.
