Why has Apple Pay still not launched in Iraq?

Can someone please explain to us why iraq out of all Middle East still doesn’t support Apple pay ?

we need answers do Apple even knows about iraq in map or just ignoring it as a middle east country .. because so far so safe it’s developed it’s perfect time now to bring that Payment option here we need it

Let’s slow down for a second and I’ll happily explain. The banks in your country have to support Apple Pay. If local banks don’t participate, Apple Pay won’t work. Not all countries banking laws and regulations support electronic wallets and the use of Facial ID for verification of payment.

(QI serves) is Alrafideen bank

IIB , TBI , FIP , FastBay , Zaincash , AsiaCash , they are all backed up to banks system and all are online and offline working

and some of them do support face id for verification of payment

what does apple want more exactly ?

1 bank i asked when do we will have apple pay they answered this

( we requested multiple times and we still can’t see the why )

i did my research we have everything that Saudi Arabia have .. they have apple pay we still don’t
