This morning i got charged a yearly subscription on the Meitu App, that I did not intend to purchase. Is there any possible way I can receive and refund? It will be much appreciated because I will no longer be using the app. Thank you very much.

All you can do is try:
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
It may be the case that you signed up for a Free Trial and agreed to the subscription if it was not cancelled during that trial period and forgot to do that. In the future I would recommend setting a Reminder to cancel any free trials. It is a contractual agreement to pay the subscription, and forgetting to cancel may not be a valid reason for a refund, but that would be for Apple to determine.

Note that by using an app like this you are automatically agreeing to this happening, are responsible for reading if this will happen, and canceling the subscription before the trial ends.
• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.
